Aseel runs two businesses at once — travel and overseas manpower — and before this system both were held together by spreadsheets and memory. I built them one back office that covers the whole thing. The travel side starts with air ticketing, but ticketing is never just "sell a seat". There are refunds, reissues, voids and cargo to deal with, each with its own money trail, so I built those in as proper actions rather than afterthoughts. On top of that sit hotel bookings, visa processing and Umrah packages, plus a document module so passports, visas and the rest stay attached to the right client instead of living in a drawer. The manpower side handles the full overseas-worker process end to end, and like the travel side every action feeds the money. That's really the heart of it — a proper ledger. Client collections, supplier payments and cashback all post on their own, so at any moment you can see what a client owes, what's owed to a supplier, and where the agency actually stands. The built-in invoice generator produces clean invoices off the same data, no retyping. Because the agency works across borders, it was built for multiple countries, multiple branches and multiple currencies from the start — each branch keeps its own books, but head office still sees everything in one place. It's a Laravel application with role-based access, so an agent, an accountant and the owner each get the view that's theirs.
