When it's time to pay, bKash is integrated directly, which in Bangladesh is the payment method most customers actually reach for, so a booking can be confirmed then and there. Behind the counter it's more than a booking form. There's an internal HR system built in, so the office side — staff, roles and the day-to-day running of the agency — is handled in the same place instead of a separate spreadsheet. That's what turns it from a booking widget into something the whole office genuinely runs on. It's a Laravel application with a full admin, built to keep a consultant's calendar and a customer's booking in sync while handling the volume a busy agency puts through it.
