SkyHub needed the same travel-and-accounts backbone as Aseel, but with the whole office running inside it too — so it manages the agency and the company behind it. The travel engine is the same shape: air ticketing with proper refunds, reissues, voids and cargo, plus visas, hotels and Umrah packages, and the overseas manpower process alongside it. Every service ties to a document store so nothing gets separated from its file, and it all posts to a live ledger — client collections in, supplier payments out, cashback tracked — so the money is never a guess. Where SkyHub goes further is office management. Staff salaries, payroll and HR sit inside the same system rather than a separate spreadsheet, and the everyday office admin runs right next to the agency's trading. It means the owner gets one place for both "how's the business doing" and "how's the office running". Like the rest, it's Laravel with role-based logins, so reception, accounts, HR and management each see only their part.
