Zentex sells fabric, and two things were slowing them down: keeping orders organised, and handling complaints once goods had shipped. I built one platform for both.
Products are catalogued with their fabric types and colour codes, and adding them is quick because the image section is drag-and-drop — you just drop the photos in rather than fighting an upload form. Orders flow through with their images and details, and here's the part that saves the most time: the delivery side is wired straight into third-party courier systems, so once an order is ready it connects and books automatically instead of someone copying addresses into another website.
The complaint side is the other half. Each complaint gets its own tracking ID and every status change is logged, so when a customer asks what's happening there's a real answer. Photos attach to the complaint, it moves through clear stages, and nothing quietly gets forgotten.
Over all of it sits a detailed dashboard and a full reporting side, so management can see orders, deliveries and complaints at a glance and pull the numbers whenever they need them. It's a Laravel application with role-based access for agents, staff and admins.
